School website

FlightDesk 1.4 is the biggest release yet. Two things stand out.

Your school’s website, built in

Your public website now lives inside FlightDesk. Build pages from blocks — a hero, your pricing, your fleet, a FAQ, your team — and edit text, pictures and colours yourself.

  • A live fleet block shows your aircraft and rates straight from FlightDesk, so it’s never out of date.
  • Discovery-flight and contact forms have spam protection built in, and messages land in an inbox inside FlightDesk.
  • Membership requests from your website go straight to your approval list.

Groups and permissions

Every school is organised differently, so fixed roles are gone. Make the groups you actually have — Student Pilots, Renters, Club Members, Instructors, Office Staff, Mechanics — and tick what each one may do from 29 permissions.

  • Let students self-dispatch, or not.
  • Let instructors see member contact details, or not.
  • Put people in more than one group; monthly dues follow the rule you choose.

Existing schools were moved over automatically: everyone kept exactly the access they had.
