This policy explains what personal information Aeropict Aviation LLC (“we”) collects through this website and through FlightDesk, and what we do with it.

On this website

- Forms. When you contact us or book a walkthrough, we receive what you type: usually your name, email, school and message. We use it only to reply to you and to follow up about FlightDesk.
- No tracking cookies. Public pages of this website don’t set cookies and don’t use advertising or analytics trackers.
- Server logs. Like every website, our server records technical information such as IP addresses and the pages requested. We use logs to keep the site secure and working, and delete them on a regular schedule.

In FlightDesk

Schools that use FlightDesk store information about their members — for example names, contact details, certificate and medical dates, flights and account balances. The school decides what is stored and is responsible for it; we host and process it on the school’s behalf and don’t use it for anything else.

Sharing

We don’t sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our services (such as hosting and email delivery), when the law requires it, or with your consent.

Keeping it safe

We use encrypted connections, strong password storage, access controls and activity logs. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete information we hold about you. If your information is in a school’s FlightDesk, contact that school first — we’ll help them respond.
