Pricing questions

What counts as an aircraft?

Each active aircraft or simulator on your schedule. Rooms and offices are free, and aircraft you mark inactive don’t count.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Move up whenever your fleet grows; moving down takes effect at your next billing date.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Setup help is included in every plan — how much depends on the plan.

What happens to our data if we leave?

It’s yours. We’ll export your members, aircraft, flights and account history as spreadsheets.
